The Process
Every piece we make follows the same process — unhurried, transparent, and built around you.
We start with a conversation — in person at our MG Road showroom or at your home. We want to understand the space, the brief, how you live, and what you love. There is no obligation at this stage. We measure, photograph, and ask a lot of questions.
Based on the consultation, we prepare detailed drawings and a full quotation. You see exactly what you're getting — dimensions, materials, fabric, finish — before committing to anything. We revise until it's right.
Once the design is confirmed, you visit our showroom to finalise materials — timber, fabric, stone, hardware. You touch and see everything in context. This is where most clients have their favourite moment in the process.
Your piece goes into our workshop. We use traditional joinery — dovetails, mortise-and-tenon — combined with modern precision equipment. No veneers over MDF. No shortcuts. You receive photos at key milestones so you can see progress.
We deliver and install ourselves — we don't hand off to third-party movers. Our team brings the piece in, places it exactly where it needs to go, and doesn't leave until you're happy. We take all packaging with us.
You see the design, the materials, and the price before anything is built. No surprises, no hidden costs.
Every piece we make is covered for manufacturing defects for two years from delivery.
We deliver and install ourselves. We don't leave until every piece is in place and you're satisfied.
