Products & Representation
All furniture at Walnut Studio is custom-made and hand-crafted. Accessories shown in product photographs are for representation purposes only and are not included unless explicitly stated. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, slight variations in colour, texture, and grain are natural and not considered defects.
Before You Order
Please verify that your space can accommodate the piece — including door widths, stairwells, lifts, and corridors — before placing an order. Returns will not be accepted due to access or space issues that could have been identified prior to ordering. Our team is happy to assist with dimension planning before you confirm.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on customisation complexity and location. We deliver across India. For locations outside Delhi NCR, delivery will be coordinated with our logistics partners.
Damage on Delivery
Please inspect your order thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage:
- Report it immediately to the delivery personnel and note it on the delivery receipt.
- Contact us within 24 hours at abhay@thewalnutstudio.in or +91 88824 56302 with photographs.
- We will assess the issue within 72 hours and determine whether repair, replacement, or return is appropriate.
Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Missing Parts
If any assembly components are missing from your order, notify us promptly. We will arrange expedited delivery of the missing parts at no additional charge.
Cancellations & Returns
Since all products are custom-made to order, cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Warranty
All Walnut Studio products carry a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or damage resulting from improper assembly.
